The product is almost perfect. You can put boiling water from your tea kettle or hot coffee from your coffee maker and the beverage will stay very hot, not just warm for hours and hours. The only problem is that the inside is glass lined and you must be careful. I have had to replace this item due to breakage when it dropped. I still give it the highest rating as the product itself does exactly what it is supposed to do.

I love this Thermos. It is very handy as it holds over 32 ounces. I go to the store and get the refill price of 99 cents for coffee and that is like getting two large coffees. That way my friend and I can share a cup and save money. It comes with the extra cup. When I brought it to my friends he was ready with his mug LOL!!! I said no need I got your cup right here !!!! Keeps coffee hot for about 5 hours I found. I have another one called the Rock and that keeps coffee hot longer. I like them both.

People were concerned about its durability and fragility.

The item's inner vacuum bottle is really made of fine glass which can be easily broken. And yet (from different sellers including the one I bought from) it comes kind of carelessly packaged. It's just inside a shipping box without extra bubble wrap or something. Sometimes it even comes broken (see reviews on the item from other sellers). So, check the return/refund/replacement policy of a seller before you buy.

And this extra packaging is really important taking into account how the item is made.

The quality of the outer plastic shell is okay (as much as you can say it about stuff made in China today).
