Keeps ice water cold a long time. It doesn't leak if tipped over. Great item!!

The screw on lid isn't water tight, same goes for carbonated beverages, milk, juice, etc.

It worked ok for a few days, then when cold beverages were used it must have somehow changed the dimensions of the screw threads or seal. Now it won't hold liquids without them dribbling out the lid/jar seam down my shirt whenever you try to do something exotic, like drink from it.

There is nothing wrong, broken, defective or askew, the POC (piece of cr*p) isn't water tight. Despite disasembling, cleaning the silicone ring, replacing the ring, nothing seems to stop this from being a joke dribble glass.

If you need something to last try igloo or thermos. Mine is sitting in a landfill somewhere in Michigan now.

If you use a straw, this is a fantastically large thermos. When I mix up 2 quarts of crystal light (64 oz), 3/4 of it fits in there. 52 oz holds over 4 12 oz soda cans. I am definitely drinking more water because I have a beverage at my desk that lasts so long. Don't believe the "12 hour" rating on the tag, but it does keep my drink cool for a couple hours.

Now the downside -- if you tilt the thermos to drink (like I do), at some point it will end up on your shirt. Definitely not good for a staining red beverage. I like the volume so much, I have been using the workaround -- run a finger dipped in cooking oil around the rim once a week. 80-90% chance it won't leak.

If you can get by with a smaller size, get the 34 oz Aladdin. It has a snap on lid that never leaks.
