Comment: I was washing it one day and noticed that the bottom had unscrewed a little. Being the curious type I unscrewed it all the way and found that you could take it all apart, which I thought was good for cleaning. There are notches and tabs on or in the parts so that everything locks together, but now the bottom doesn't screw on tight. If you try to tighten it, it will only go so tight before the threads pop and it goes back to the beginning. Anyone who's over tightened a lid on a plastic bottle knows what I mean. I've tried tightening it to just before the threads let go, but removing the cover requires quite a bit of force, so taking off the lid also pulls the bottom off and then the whole thing falls apart. What a piece of crap.

Comment: This mug is adequate, but I expected the mug to be stainless steel, not plastic with a stainless exterior. It seems to be very difficult to find a mug that holds 20 oz or more that is stainless inside. It does all the things it claims. It fits in a cup holder, it is not spill proof, but is splash proof and is good enough, but it is not what I was looking for. I should have read the reviews before I ordered it.

Comment: It ain't fancy and it ain't going to keep your coffee warm all day long. And the lid isn't idiot / spill proof either... if you put your coffee cup between your legs, you deserve burnt junk.

This is a cup for guys who need a little bit more java juice than your average Billy-16oz. It keeps my coffee hot, fits perfectly in my cup holder, and the lid doesn't screw on so the sippy hole is always opposite the handle, which is very important to me for some reason. I bought two and I'm glad I did because I've always got one ready to go.

Comment: Not top quality but neither is the price. Holds hot for about 30 minutes and is large. Plastic is more of a hard plastic than a rubbery plastic, making the hot beverage penentrate and feel hot on the outside plastic. Lids are pop on and are not real secure.

Comment: Be very very careful with this mug. As other reviewers have noted, the metal skin is NOT insulated from the hot liquid within and there's no sliding cover for the hole. Also the sipping hole is poorly designed to provide you with a nasty "slight tilt, nothing...a little more tilt, nothing...big tilt...SCALDING HOT GEYSER" effect on your lips and tongue as it allows surface tension to keep the drink restricted in the mug until you tilt it too far and surface tension breaks.
