Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Travel Mugs (Contigo 2 Pack Blue/Indigo and Green)

I like that this mug does not leak and keeps my coffee warm. I fill it up around 8:30am and my coffee is still hot when I take my last sip around 11:00am. However, the lid is soooo difficult to clean. There are too many nooks and crannies for my soy milk to leave residue. I have tried small brushes and folded paper towel corners to get in the crevices. If you do not clean it properly, a horrible mildew smell develops very quickly (within 48 hours). Once the mildew smell appears, the only way to clean it is by putting it in a container with rock salt and rubbing alcohol(and shaking it around).

As long as I spent 10 minutes in the breakroom to keep it clean, I like how it works. If they come out with a version that has a simple to clean lid, I will buy it in a second! :)

This is the best combo of Contigo Colors with the Autoseal Lid. We have been looking for the Green Contigo Autoseal cup and with the Blue in this kit I have the two best colors they make!! I must warn you however. They really do keep you stuff HOT and or COLD. My coffee sits for more than 4 hours. But when i get back to it. its is hot enough to bun my toung. Now I put in more cream to cool it off so I don't burn my mouth hours later.. These things really work.. And the Autoseal lid is the best of any drink cup you can find.. It will not spill.. Simple easy.. No spill.. Yay no more coffee on my lap in the car! Great job Contigo DepotEco for the great prices and super fast shipping. I am sold.

I purchased these after reading other reviews touting their leakproof virtues. I can transport a full mug of coffee in my backpack 4 miles via bicycle, and not only does the coffee not spill or leak out along the way, it is still hot when I arrive at work. For these virtues, I recommend this mug. The only downside is that it is difficult to adequately clean the lid by handwashing since it has deep tight spaces inside it. I don't have a dishwasher, so I do the best I can with a small brush.
