This travel cup is amazing. A really great invention for loose tea or bag tea drinkers. Steep your tea then turn the knob and pull the basket up out of the tea into the lit. No need to dispose of the tea or bag somewhere out to sight until you get home. You can deal with it at home later. I love mine it is sturdy double plastic so it keeps the tea warm for a good long time.
A must have for tea drinkers on the go.

I bought this mug about a month ago and use it every day. I really like how portable it is, how you can raise/lower the tea basket to keep your tea from oversteeping, and the lid closure (although I rarely use it).

I don't like the mechanism to close/open the tea basket itself. It can be a bit difficult to open and, as its plastic, you feel you might break the latch if you open it too forcefully.

That being said, the mug has been great and is definitely the best travel mug like this I've seen yet!

This infuser is awesome. I have had so many comments about this. It definitely makes having hot tea on the go a great idea. You have hot tea and you don't have to worry about spilling it either. My basket mechanism is starting to fail and I am needing to get another one, so I am being very careful with this one. The only downside I would have to this is the mechanism itself. It could be improved a little, but I can't complain because I have been using it nonstop for about 6 months. Great item.
