Its a Nice coffee mug but when i got the package it was a big ass box with only 1 airbag inside for protection...so i received a chipped and cracked cup it still can hold the liquid inside it was the hard plastic on the outside that chipped and cracked...i figured it would cost more to ship it back since it only cost like $15 so i just kept the damn thing...it was suppose to be a gift for my hubby for Christmas among several other gifts...i let him know the gift came with a small defect he will see when he opens that gift..its not that bad its just a small corner on the bottom of the cup that has the crack...will still wrap it and use it but it just sucks that happened:/
