Bought these to replace some of the older style Contigo mugs, which were more difficult to clean. I was a bit worried about the push-button release, but it seems solid, it's easy to clean, and it does the job just as well as the pull-tab style. My old mugs lasted about 3 years or so of daily use. The part that eventually gave way was the pull tab. I expect these to last as long, if not longer due to the new push button release.

Super easy to clean. Unlike the old style, there are no places for water to hide when washed in the dishwasher. The mug itself is a solid piece of steel with no deep grooves or anything. The lid is dishwasher safe, and with some hot water gets clean enough for me. I put super hot water in these every night, and shake them like mad to clean them, and run them through the dishwasher once a week.

Works as advertised. Does not leak when inverted. Not a scratch after two weeks of abuse. Could not be happier with this purchase. Highly recommended.

These mugs do an excellent job of keeping drinks hot and absolutely do not spill. Hands down the best travel mugs I have ever owned.
