Summary: It leaks! 2009-11-27
Comment: I thought at first I was going to love this bottle, but it constantly leaks (drips) no matter what I do to keep it from happening. I will definitely not be buying another product in this line.

Summary: Spout spurting is irritating 2009-09-09
Comment: I like everything about this bottle but the fact that the contents will spurt out of the spout if the bottles sits anywhere for a length of time. I was planning on using this at my workstation to hold just cold water or iced tea, but as the bottle sits there and warms a bit, the contents come up the spout and just overflow -- whether the spout is open or closed. It is annoying to pick the bottle up to drink only to find a 1/4 cup of the contents spurting out across my hand and desk. The only way it doesn't do this is if the contents start and remain at room temperature -- which is ridiculous. Why would I want only tepid things to drink? (Didn't this get tested as part of the product design stage??)

Summary: I like it 2009-08-21
Comment: Just bought this. Filled it half way, took a sip, closed the straw and shook it up, held it upside down, etc. Not one drop leaked. Can't tell you about the geyser effect yet, but I do like the design of this bottle. I wish I found the same one a little smaller for my son. The thing I noticed was that the straw on the outside of the bottle is nice and hard. My son likes to chew everything, including straws. That is why I was hesitant to buy the $18 stainless steel bottles (plus they were a lot smaller). The straws on most of these bottles are very soft and would be chewed through in no time! This one should last. I will update.

Summary: Spillproof? Ha. 2009-08-20
Comment: One of the reviewers mentioned a "geyser" effect in a hot car. It's not just in extreme heat that this happens; it happens all of the time. If you put a cool beverage in the bottle and just set it down somewhere with the straw open, the liquid will slowly climb the straw and then dribble everywhere... all over your desk, car, wherever it happens to be. Nobody needs to jostle it or heat it up for this to happen; room temperature will suffice. If you just try and keep the straw closed when you're not drinking out of it, there will still be a geyser when you finally do open it.
My drink has climbed 1/2 inch up the straw as I wrote this review.
If you intend to chug your drink within 5 minutes, maybe this bottle will work for you. Otherwise it's useless.

Summary: Totally cool! 2009-08-12
Comment: The design of the bottle is so easy to use and it is totally leak proof. My boys love the bottles, even my nephew and my sister wanted one now.
