WARNING
Thermos bottles are great but there is a big problem
that makes them useless after about a year. Since these bottles
are expensive, BEWARE. It seems to be impossible to get a
replacement straw. The straw gets worn by daily use and cracks.
I have been trying to get a replacement straw for 6 months and
they are always out. Thermos should put the straws on Amazon so
that ordering them would not be so difficult. It is a shame a great
bottle gets only a year of use. I can not afford to buy new bottles.
My family has 4 of these bottles and they all need new straws.

I love this water bottle. I use it daily. I can put water and ice in the bottle at night and it is cold with ice still left in the morning. Since I use it all of the time, I drop it occasionally. It has some dings and scratches but still works perfectly. The only thing that I do not like is that the picture has worn completely. There is no tree anymore. I have had the bottle for 1 year and a half but the picture was gone in 6 months. When I bought them for the kids in 12 oz sizes, I just bought the plain bottles with out designs.

Love this water bottle! Super cute design (tons of compliments on it), and the outside of the bottle never sweats, which is great in the summer.
