One was great, one defective - but Amazon replaced defective one ASAP!,

I ordered this mug a few weeks ago and loved it. Nice stable shape, comfortable handle, convenient lid that twists to open (unlike another insulated mug I own, with a pop-up lid that bumps your nose when you take a drink), attractive finish. In fact, I loved it so much that I ordered a second one, so that I could keep one at the office. Unfortunately, the second one is defective. It leaks from around the lid, so you end up with coffee dribbling down your chin when you take a sip. I picked up this second one during a price drop, so it's probably not worth the cost of shipping it back. Still, a disappointing shopping experience. I will look for a different brand for my office mug.

Update: I visited the order return page and discovered that Amazon will cover the cost of return shipping, since the product is defective. Now that's good customer service! Since the first mug was great, I'm going to take a chance on requesting a replacement for the second...Read more

This cup is nice, as long as it is hand washed. It cannot be left in water for any length of time because the chamber between the plastic and the stainless steel fills with water. It is difficult to remove all the water when it gets in the chamber and, if it is not removed provides a steady drip of water over clean floors, counters, desks and tables.
It is a nice cup as long as it is hand washed, although I still think it looks a little cheap.
I will not get this cup again.

I own two of these mugs. I have been using them for about 8 months. I lost one of them the other day and I was so upset. I found out Amazon sells them, so I bought 2 more. These mugs keep your coffee hot. You can put lot of coffee in them. They're easy to carry and the coffee won't spill.
